Where is La Bomba made?

La Bomba Bath & Body products are made in Lebanon, using both local and internationally
sourced ingredients.

Is La Bomba vegan and cruelty free?

Does La Bomba use natural products?

La Bomba uses natural or naturally derived ingredients. Most of our products are natural (scrubs, bath salts, tanning oil) and some are naturally derived (for example,
our bubble bath). Clean to La Bomba means no nasty chemicals or parabens. We
like to keep it simple, that’s why we source the best clean ingredients to make our products. Simple, effective, affordable that won’t cost you the world (just make you feel like you’re on top of it).

What are your operating hours?

The Bomba factory operates from Monday to Friday, and will happily assist you with any
inquiry you may have from 10 AM till 5:00 PM. We do not operate over the weekend or on public holidays. #WeKnowWhenToTakeABreak

What is your refund policy?

La Bomba will
only accept return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, and if
the product meets the following conditions:

  • Product isn't opened or damaged
  • Product is still in it's original packaging
  • The product purchased isn't on sale

Likewise, we cannot accept returns or refunds for La Bomba purchases bought in-store.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Orders & Delivery

Do you offer pick-up service in Lebanon?

Pick-ups from our Headquarters in Jieta happen from Monday to Friday through 10:30 AM till
4:30 PM. Please note that you have to inform us beforehand to make the process as swift as possible for you.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship only across Lebanon.

When can I expect my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business
days. (All orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the next day).

What about payment and currency?

For orders in Lebanon, payments have to be processed in either fresh USD or at the market rate of the day you receive your order in
cash.

My order arrived damage. What should I do?

We can fix that for you! And we’re so sorry. Please send us images of the damaged products to hello@labombabathandbody.com
